Amaterasu is a Space type Mitama introduced in Toukiden: Age of Demons, changing to Speed type in Toukiden 2.

Goddess of the sun in Japanese mythology, also known as Ōhirume no Muchi. Sometimes referred to as a man during the Middle Ages. Born along with her brothers Tsukuyomi and Susano'o when Izanagi purified himself after visiting the land of the dead. When Susano'o went on a rampage that caused the death of her attendant, Wakahirume, she was so enraged she hid inside a cave, casting the world into darkness. The gods made a special mirror and jewel and danced and laughed outside of her cave. When the curious Amaterasu opened the door to the cave to see what was happening, they dragged her out and light was brought back to the world.
