Tōdō Heisuke is a Plunder type Mitama introduced in Toukiden: Kiwami.
Description[]
1844 - 1867
A warrior of the end of the Edo period, he was named after a famous warrior from the Sengoku era. He became captain of the Eighth Corps of the Shinsengumi. It was said that he was the illegitimate son of the Tōdō family of Ise, but he was well-versed in economics, as well as in battle. Along with Ōkita Sōji, Nagakura Shinpachi and Saitō Hajime, they were referred to as the Four Heavenly Kings of Kondō, and he was constantly the first one on the battlefield. He was expelled due to having left the Shinsengumi and was eventually killed.
